Rule 11E
Can approve environmental management plan
Rule 11c. According to sub-rule (2) of the Ministry of Environmental Management Plan, if there is no need for additional environmental impact assessment when studying the documents related to the environmental management plan received for approval from the relevant agency, the Ministry may approve the environmental management plan with additional impacts and mitigation measures.
